Marco’s inspiration for the brasserie came from the city itself: A truly international location reflected by a likewise international team with diverse backgrounds and expectations. Fast-changing, dynamic and pulsating, cosmopolitan, marked by the many changes it has been through. The vibrant interiors have been inspired by the many colours of Prague’s Old Town: The contrast of historical architecture and present-day luxurious cool feeling. At Brasserie Maximilian, we serve classic European cuisine with a modern twist: Tasty, fresh & simple. Regional and seasonal ingredients of the highest quality paired with carefully selected fine wines from small wineries both domestic and foreign make for an exceptional experience, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.
